LAYERING COVER PLATES AND DIE CUTS
I put off entering the MIM Challenge this week because I don't have any of PTI 's beautiful cover plates, which I hope to correct with my next order :-) I just love the Peony CP Dawn McVey used HERE in her video showing us how to create a beautiful card by layering cover plate die cuts. But, how could I not join in on the 200th (WOW) challenge! A really HUGE thank you to Nichole and the talented PTI design team members!

I used PTI's True Black cardstock to cut my first die and Avocado green for the second. Glued them together with a bit of the black showing, then mounted both onto Stamper's Select White card base.
The sentiment is from Boutique Borders: BIRTHDAY stamp set inked in Aqua blue.
Helen, the die you used is beautiful with the double cuts, and the sweet sentiment. Love that darling bird and birdhouse.
