This week, we'll join Betsy Veldman as she puts a new twist on the old stamp kissing technique by using a stamp and a die cut instead of two stamps. Another new-to-me technique :-)
I used a cover plate (that I can't find on my messy desk!) and die cut it first onto light weight cardstock then kissed it with the leaves from Song Birds. My first attempt was to kiss the bird stamps, but that didn't show up as well. The 'thanks' die is from PTI's Swoosh set. Gold sequins and gold twine from my stash. You can't see it in my photo, but the yellow panel card is embossed with tiny dots.
Helen this looks great! The leaves looks like they were made that way. I have a very messy dest right now too. Don’t want to go back in and deal with it.
Fab choice and design!
