This week on MIM, Lizzie  shows her tips for ink blending with die cut masks.  Take a look at her video and beautiful card HERE.

My niece is going to be 15 (gasp) in a couple of months and I wanted to make a card for this sweet young lady.

I used PTI's By the Numbers dies, cut them out of vellum like Lizzie suggested and used my ink daubers to blend three colors onto the numbers.  Masked the numbers to add the sketchy flowers in gold ink on top.  PTI's Boutique Borders Birthday sentiment is added in purple ink.  The blings started out covering up a smudge mark, but then I couldn't help adding a few more ;-)

  2. Stunning card. What would we do without bling or butterflies to cover up mistakes. The bling finishes it off perfectly, Cara x
