NBUS #10-Card 2

Here I am again with another card for NBUS #10.  I made this card for my BIL's Birthday.  He has a beautiful fish pond in his backyard with the largest Koi I've ever seen and since I like to make theme-related cards ~ this seems to work for him  👨 (yes, I know my fishies don't look like Koi).

*  Sparkly coral pieces that may have been Christmas decorations-?-  that in my mind look like coral under the sea 😉
