Today begins the celebration of ten years in this wonderful crafting world for Papertrey Ink.
Happy Anniversary to you and the amazing design team of the past and present! This is such an incredible milestone and PTI is celebrating big time with ten days of festivities as they countdown to the March release.
March 5th brings us a special stitching die feature from Lizzie Jones, which you can see HERE.
The Challenge:
Lizzie has shared some amazing stitching projects, both old and new. Use that inspiration to create your own project. You can create a felt project, or a paper creation, no stitching required, you can add stitching if you wish. Take a look at the colors, the way things are laid out, and the repeating patterns.
My Card ~
Die cut PTI's Beautiful Butterflies from yellow felt and Butterfly Layers cut from black sparkle paper. PTI's Fancy Flourishes is stamped in Lilac Distress Ink, sentiment from Spring Woods stamped in True Black ink. I used my 'Sew Easy' Stitch Piercer to created the lines bordering the white card panel. Purple patterned paper is from an older Stampin' Up 6X6 pad.
