Keep Swimming

I'm joining Ink To Paper for the weekly Project Reach Out Challenge.  We are to create a project using the theme "Keep Swimming". 

I'm sure we all have someone (or three or four) in our lives who would be encouraged with a just-keep-swimming card to give them a little hope and let them know they are not alone.
