This is another card for Papertrey Ink's Anniversary Celebration . I just love all of the images in the free download! For my second entry in the challenge I chose Lisa's cute little chicks.

Tools & Embellishments: Mega Scalloped Circle from Marvy; wired daisy print sheer ribbon from Morex Corp (WalMart, maybe?)
Love that fabulous ruffled ribbon and the glittery flower!
