PTI - February Release

Once again there is  another challenge up for the Papertrey Ink's 6th Anniversary Celebration!  
Today, Nicole is asking us to Create a project that uses some type of watercolor technique or look.
 I love to play around with different watercolor techniques...it is so artsy!  You can play along today HERE 

I was moved to create this card by the photos of the dresses in the
inspiration photos :)
