Today is Day 3 of the Papertrey Ink's celebration of 11 years.
Take a card you’ve made in the past and transform it in some way.
This is a pretty easy task for me cause I have a few cards I've made for different challenges that I wasn't 100% happy with, so there is a 'stash' 😊 And the fact is, it takes me so long to create cards, I can't bear tossing them in the recycle bin. Yup, this is going to be a good 'new' feature for me!
My Card ~
The design is CAS and it came together quickly. I used Versafine ink and black embossing power on the Peonies On Parade stamps on pink c/s, the base card is embossed with Sizzix flowery EF on Stamper's Select white. Musical note washie tape from Recollections is under the happy birthday die from Spellbinders.

I think the re-do is much prettier than my original which begs the question, "What was I going for here?" 😁
I think your redo is more thoughtful and impactful. Well done.
ReplyDeleteYour new version is more clean and modern looking. I like the simple stamping of the flowers.
ReplyDeleteI do love your redo very much, Helen! No regrets, though, that's the rule in crafting, lol!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteCan I be a rebel and say I love them both!?!
