PTI 11th Anniversary-Day 5

Day 5 of Papertrey Ink's celebration of 11 years.

The Challenge:  Retirement List Set Challenge
We are to create a project utilizing a set from the 2018 Retirement List on your project.

There is a list of over 200 stamp sets (I think that number was in a comment from someone who must have counted).  WOW, that's alotta stamps, but you have a couple of months to order any that your just have to have and the exciting news is PTI is adding so many new sets with each month's release.

I spotted Beautiful Butterflies on the list and think I should order a new stamp set, cause mine is getting worn out, besides the lovely images, the sentiments have been used on so many of my cards.

I partially die cut 2 Butterflies on the edge  of the base card, stamped  'em with  pink and orange ink, the inside flap is embossed with a flower design EF from Sizzix.  The sentiment is inked in black Versafine and overlaps the small butterfly. The bodies were die cut from white glitter paper and pink sequins were added just because 😉

  1. Oh, this is a technique I need to try again because it looks fabulous on your card, especially with the embossed inside! This is a favorite set of mine too and can't believe it's retiring.
