Moxie Fab World's Paper Scraps Challenge is another great one for me! I have paper scraps galore, who out there doesn't? :o) Check out this one here: http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2012/03/practical-solutions-for-paper-crafters.html All you have to do is create a paper crafted project that incorporates paper scraps in an innovative way. There is a new magazine out that is a "must have" for me. Practical Solutions for Paper Crafters. Moxie Fab World has a challenge-a-day going on this week, featuring different sections of this magazine...I am hoping to get cards posted for each one (not in any particular order). This one "Don't Throw It Away" has my name all over it: http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2012/03/practical-solutions-for-paper-crafters_22.html
Anyone who knows me, has a good idea, I keep everything, thinking I could "use it on a card" someday.
Sooo, I go to the mailbox the other day and find this piece of 'junk' mail and think, "Well the envelope is a pretty color to frame a stamped image, the paper inside is also something I would keep in the drawer-of-useable-stuff' in my craft room". BTW, the drawer is totally overflowing, actually using these couple of pieces of paper was great :o)

Moxie Fab World has a Fascination with Feathers challenge going on http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2012/03/fascination-with-feathers-challenge.htmlSimon Says - Show Your Handmade Background http://simonsaysstampandshow.blogspot.com/2012/03/simon-says-stamp-and-show-your-handmade.html I have used this technique before and liked the effect, don't know why I haven't used it lately :o? I colored stripes with Stampin' Up's Watercolor Crayons across the white card panel, then used water and a paint brush to blend the colors. Had to let this dry and put it between two heavy books (like Nicole suggested in the MIM video) so it would curl up.
