Melissa's Fab Friday

I'm joining Melissa's Fab Friday over at Ink To Paper's Blog today.  We are challenged to create a Mother’s Day project.
See Melissa's beautiful card HERE.
Sadly, my Mom and Mother-in-law are both in Heaven now, but I have some awesome relatives and friends who are Moms and Grandmas,
so I am sending this card out to them wishing a Happy Day to each.

My Card:

The flowers/leaves in the mason jar are PTI's Peonies on Parade and Branching Out.  All are colored with TomBow water brushes, the 'water' in the jar is created with Ranger's Glossy Accents.

My card:

I embossed and colored the Rustic Brick Background from Ink To Paper to CASE a card Melissa made back a couple of months.  I liked it on the pale pink c/s base with the dark gold glitter paper vase (Cheery Lynn Designs) which is filled with posies from PTI's Song Birds set.  The hello sentiment die is from PTI Swoosh die set. 😊

This little piece of love will be mailed out to a dear friend in MA this week. 💖

Project Reach Out

PROJECT: Reach Out~

Keep Swimming

I'm joining Ink To Paper for the weekly Project Reach Out Challenge.  We are to create a project using the theme "Keep Swimming".

I'm sure we all have someone (or three or four) in our lives who would be encouraged with a just-keep-swimming card to give them a little hope and let them know they are not alone.
