It seems to fit three challenges - soooo, YAY!
Make It Monday #74 - Stamp on Texture
See Heather Nichols video for this great technique
Moxie Fab World - Tuesday Trigger
I chose the colors in this inspiration photo and a little bit of the diagonal lines design :^)
Use something at least one year old:
This striped patterned paper ( purchased in 2009)
Use something new:
Peaches & Creme twisted yarn and Studio Calico's Cardstock Stickers
Cardstock: Base card is Stamper's Select White from PTI; patterned paper if from DCWV-Citris Stack (which is actually a striped sheet that I cut to look more like the design in the MFW photo); yellow and aqua blue are from my stash
Stamps: happy happy happy, etc from Doodlebug Designs;
Long Writing Background from Hero Arts
Ink: Bright Yellow is from Ink It Up; Black is from Whispers
Tools: Banner Borders from PTI; Happy Birthday embossing folder from Cuttlebug; Tag punch from Marvy; Corner Rounder from Zutter
Embellishments: #25 cardstock stickers are from Studio Calico; green/white yarn is from Peaches & Creme Twists
Great card! Some of my favourite colours. Love how you put it together.
