MIM #110

Make It Monday #110 - Collage Elements is really out of my comfort zone, but I had to try it anyway :)  Dawn McVey does a beautiful job with this technique as you can see on the video HERE

    Adorable, Helen. Love the colors and that paper you used is simply perfect. Sweet ribbon technique, too. I've never seen it done. Great work!
