MIM #139

Make It Monday #139 ~ Stamped Square Frames

You can see Dawn McVey's video HERE Her card is absolutely gorgeous and the stamps she used fit together so well ~ no surprise there, right?

I made my frame with the hexagon border from Rosie Posie...It wasn't very balanced, but I kinda like the way the card turned out anyway.  I want to try this technique again with so other stamps...it really is a great way to stretch the use of our stamp sets, isn't it?

PTI Products used ~
Cardstock:  Stamper's Select White
Stamps:  Rosie Posie

  1. What a beautiful design Helen, such pretty colours! What a clever way to stretch our stamps, I must head on over and take a peek at Dawn's video.

  2. Pretty card- you would have to stamp the hexagons in the same direction to keep the same pattern but I guess you realised that and it turned out great anyway!
