MAKE IT MONDAY CHALLENGE
MATCHBOOK VALENTINES

I'm joining Lexi as she shares tips and tricks for making the cutest matchbook Valentines.  This would be a really fun project to do with the kids or grandkids for school treats like Lexi shows in her video.
I made a matchbook "hello" tag with a tea bag tucked inside to go with a China Tea Cup gift I am giving to a neighbor  :-)

Click on photo taken in sunlight.

The Beautiful Butterfly die was cut out of designer paper called Southern Charm from Recollections  (perfect, right!), I used gold foil for the antennae.  The  Swoosh 'hello' is die cut from a pretty pink card stock.  I used a Sizzix embossing folder "Leaves" on the matchbook cover Stamper's Select White cardstock.

Edited:  The new photo taken this AM has a shadow from the sun, but at least the color is right now :-)
