Make It Monday
Creating a Flocked Look With Dimensional Paste
When I watched Danielle's VIDEO on Papertrey Ink's Make It Monday showing us how she used dimensional paste to create a flocked look on her beautiful set of cards ~ I said "Whaaat?"
I didn't think I could enter this challenge because I don't own any Dimensional Paste or *Cover Plate Dies ~ Whaaat?
I haven't missed too many MIM challenges and was kinda bummed not joining in this one, but while I was viewing the cards posted, I saw how Cornelia W. from "Stempel Spass" shares a recipe to DIY dimensional paste! Now I'm doing the happy dance and mixed up my own paste, I even colored it pink with a re-inker for my strawberry cake with strawberry frosting :)
Thank you, Cornelia!

I used a *Sizzix "Birthday Cake Slice" as my stencil...not sure if my card will qualify for the challenge this week :(
I did a happy dance as well, never would have thought to make my own paste! Love your strawberry cake with strawberry frosting!
