MIM #133

Make It Monday ~
Creating a Flocked Look With Dimensional Paste

One last card for MIM this week.  I needed to use up the homemade paste ~ don't think it will keep :-)

I used a cupcake embossing plate from Sizzix as my stencil and tried to smooth out the paste on the cupcake paper , but left the pink (strawberry frosting) paste clumpy.

  1. Love the fluffy pink frosting you created ... perfect application for this technique!! :)

  2. Wow, Helen, you have been crafting up a store! Way to go with the dimensional paste! No kidding it adds a ton of fabulous dimension to a card!! (Also love all your PTI wreath cards below! Sorry I didn't make it 'round earlier in the week.) Darnell

  3. I like the roughness of this - I can just see a kid with tell-tale frosting on his face! Cute, Helen.

  4. What a fun bday card for a little girl. Just love the dimensional paste as cupcake frosting!
