MAKE IT MONDAY
CONFETTI CLUSTER STAMPING

Lizzie Jones is highlighting a technique called Confetti Cluster Stamping.Check it out for yourself.
Now, truth be told, I am what one might consider a lazy crafter, so this technique is not be one I would normally gravitate to ~
but, I need a Birthday card for a friend from up North and thought the pretty spring colors, butterflies, hearts and flowers I used to fill in my focus outline *image was worth the effort.

* I wasn't quite sure if you could tell what this image is once I erased the pencil outline and thought I should put the question out there for guesses ~ just for fun   :-)

  1. I'm guessing that your image is a palm tree. If I'm wrong it's still a beautiful card with a gorgeous color scheme...

  4. A palm tree! And I guessed it before I looked at the other comments, although I'll confess I only got it after I cocked my head to the left! It's really fun and very evocative of spring, so I love it, Helen, and so will your friend! Well done!! Hugs, Darnell

  6. I saw the palm tree right away in the linky list. Helen, this is as sweet as can be! I love it and wish I was somewhere where there were palm trees right now. Spring is just a few days away and it's only 17 degrees here! Anyway, love your fun card!

  13. The sentiment is perfect, to me it looked like a hammock under the palm tree. Who wouldn't want to be there for their birthday?
